Payment terms: T/T remittance (50%) deposit before production and 50% balance before delivery or by 100% confirmed irrevocable, letter of credit to be available by sight, draft to remain valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the aforesaid time of shipment, and to be opened before two months mentioning relative L/C number
